Unlike others who come in and shoot, Michael took time to make small suggestions that would make for a better shot. For example, take the covers off the smoker and bbq for a finished look, removed the behind the door organizer in the bathroom so the door could open further enabling a better view. He also offers a variety of packages based on the individual property needs and the turnaround time was quick! I'll definitely use Harber Media again!

We understand listing timelines can shift. If your shoot needs to be rescheduled, just let us know. As long as you provide at least 4 hours' notice, there’s no reschedule fee. If the change is made within 4 hours of the appointment, a $49 late cancellation/rescheduling fee applies.

How fast can I get my media?

Photos, floor plans, and most standard deliverables are provided within 24 hours of the appointment’s completion. If you need next-day morning delivery (before 10 AM), Rush Delivery is available for a $50 upgrade. Same-day delivery is available on a limited basis for $100.

Can I order just photos or video?

Yes. You are free to order only the services you need — whether that's professional photography, video, aerial media, or other individual offerings. No bundled package is required.

Is there a minimum price or service?

No. But our smallest photo package is $225, which covers photography for listings under 1,500 sqft.
